Shipping Information
At Tropical Fruits Delivery USA, we take great care to ensure your exotic fruits arrive fresh, ripe, and ready to enjoy. Our shipping process is designed to preserve the quality and flavor of every fruit from our farm to your doorstep.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery: 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Shipping Locations
We currently deliver across the continental United States.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time due to transit time limitations.
Packaging
All fruits are carefully handpicked, cleaned, and packed using eco-friendly, insulated packaging to maintain freshness during transit.
Perishable items are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging when necessary.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of tropical fruits, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind the quality of our products.
Damaged or Spoiled Items
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
A clear photo of the damaged item(s)
Your order number
Once we verify the issue, we’ll provide a full refund, replacement, or store credit, based on your preference.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them.
After this window, the order will already be in preparation or transit and cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
Please note that banks may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
