Orders can be changed or canceled within 6 hours of placement. After that, we begin preparing your shipment and changes may no longer be possible.

We currently deliver to all U.S. states. for our Canadian customers, there is a small shipping charge calculated at checkout, along with any required duties.

Our packaging is designed to keep your fruits fresh for several hours. However, we recommend refrigerating your items as soon as possible after delivery.

It depends on where you live! For us in South Florida, exotic fruits are simply lesser-known tropical fruits. Common tropical fruits like bananas, pineapples, limes, papayas, mangoes, and oranges grow in tropical climates and are well-known. Exotic fruits, however, also grow in tropical climates but are not as familiar, such as soursop, lychees, mangosteens, mameys, dragon fruits, breadfruit, guavas, and passion fruit. These fruits are considered exotic due to their limited availability and demand in the United States.
